At SARIKA, we take pride in our premium handcrafted sarees and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed sarees in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

  • Cotton Sarees
  • Handloom Sarees
  • Chiffon Sarees
  • Jamdani Sarees
  • Chikankari Sarees
  • Custom Blouses (only if defective)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized sarees
  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at care.sarika@gmail.com or connect us on WhatsApp on 8335827700 within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or design subject to availability. Please contact us at care.sarika@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us immediately at care.sarika@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
